If you believe in good faith that materials on the Mavrck Services infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. Mavrck will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.
