Corporation Initiated Temporary Transfers and Appointments. a) When an employee is temporarily transferred by the Corporation to a position in a lower-paying job classification (e.g. to replace an absent employee), the employee shall continue to be paid at their regular rate, unless the employee accepts redeployment by the Corporation to a position in a lower paying job classification in lieu of being displaced pursuant to Article 15:01, in which case the employee shall receive the rate of pay for the new job classification.
