Common use of Correction of Inaccuracies Clause in Contracts

Correction of Inaccuracies. Each employee shall have a period of thirty (30) days after posting of the seniority list in which to advise the HEA president and the superintendent in writing of any inaccuracies which affect his/her seniority. The HEA president and the superintendent shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and post the updated list immediately. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) days of the posting of the seniority list and the list shall be considered as final until the next school year.
