Correction of Inaccuracies. Each employee shall have thirty (30) calendar days after posting of the seniority list in which to advise the Board or its agents in writing of any inaccuracies which affect his/her seniority. Written notification must include the specific nature of the alleged inaccuracy along with any supporting documentation. The Board or its agents shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and post the updated list immediately. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) calendar days of the posting of the seniority list and the list shall be considered as final until the next posting.
