Common use of Correction of Inaccuracies Clause in Contracts

Correction of Inaccuracies. Each employee and the Association shall have a period of thirty (30) workdays after posting of the seniority list in which to advise the Administration in writing of any inaccuracies that affect seniority. The Administration shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and post the updated list immediately. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) workdays of the posting of the seniority list and the list shall be considered as final until the next posting.
