Correction of Inaccuracies. Each staff member shall have a period of thirty (30) days after the posting of the seniority lists in which to advise the Board or its agent(s) and the WREA, in writing, of any inaccuracies which affect the staff member’s seniority. The Board or its agent(s) shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and shall post the updated seniority lists immediately. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) days of the posting of the seniority lists and the lists shall be considered as final under the next posting, for the purpose of protesting inaccuracies.
