Common use of Corrective Maintenance Service Clause in Contracts

Corrective Maintenance Service. Unless otherwise indicated in the Quotation, Philips will provide corrective maintenance Services including repair activities due to Equipment malfunctioning and provide replacement parts, on Exchange Basis (as defined below), as necessary to repair the Equipment, all as indicated in the Quotation. Corrective maintenance can be provided remotely or on- site at Philips’ discretion.
