Common use of Correspondence and Information Clause in Contracts

Correspondence and Information. 13.1 Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, correspondence between the Association and the University arising out of this Agreement, or incidental thereto, shall pass between the Xxxxxxx and the President of the Association, or their designates. Such correspondence may either be delivered directly in paper or electronic form, or forwarded through the University’s internal mail service.
