Common use of Cost of Bidding Clause in Contracts

Cost of Bidding. The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Bid including but not limited to Bank charges all courier charges including taxes & duties etc. incurred thereof. Further, GGPL will in no case, be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the outcome of the bidding process.
