Common use of Cost of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Cost of Coverage. Dental Plan Only For calendar years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 the City will contribute an amount up to $13.00 per month for single enrollment and an amount up to $37.50 per month for family enrollment towards meeting the subscriber cost of the dental plan. If the subscriber cost for single or family enrollment in the Dental Plan exceeds the maximum City contribution provided, the employee shall have the amount of such excess cost deducted from his/her pay check on a semi-monthly.
