If any provision of this Agreement, or any application of the Agreement to any employee or groups of employees shall be found contrary to law by a court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction, such provision or application shall have effect only to the extent permitted by law. All other provisions or applications of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, the parties shall commence negotiations on said provision as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible.
