Costs of Cancellations or Changes. We will always endeavour to avoid making cancellations or changes prior to or during your Field Experience. However, if such changes need to be made, we reserve the right to do so. Refunds will occur where you have pre-paid for expenses that have not yet been incurred and will not be incurred, or where money is refundable to Compassion AU. You may choose to travel independently of the itinerary established by Compassion AU. Please note though that Compassion AU is not responsible for any costs or for any undertakings or incidents leading up to or during the independent travel.

  • Effect of Cancellation If the Student cancels the housing agreement during a semester, the Student may remain in residence until the end of the semester the cancellation was given to UCF DHRL. The Student’s cancellation fees will be determined based on the date the Student’s written or electronically reproducible notice of cancellation is received by UCF DHRL; rent for the semester the cancellation is submitted to UCF DHRL will be based upon the date the Student vacates the residence facility. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the Student is always responsible for the greater of the pro rata rent for the semester of cancellation or the cancellation fee for that semester. Residents who cancel this agreement will not be given any preference as a current or prior resident.

  • No Cancellation No Required Insurance policy may be canceled by either Party during the required insured period under this Agreement, except after thirty days’ prior written notice to the City by certified mail, return receipt requested. Prior to the effective date of any such cancellation Consultant must procure and put into effect equivalent coverage(s).

  • Changes and Cancellations Order changes or cancellations are subject to Seller’s written approval and additional charges may apply. Seller shall not be liable for any delays due to order changes. Seller may make changes in the Products without obligation to install such changes in any Product manufactured prior thereto. Seller may make such changes to any ordered Products as do not, in Seller’s judgment, interfere with the satisfactory operation of the Product.   • Change or Cancellation DXC may, without charge, change or cancel any portion of this Order including, without limitation, quantity required, DXC designs or specifications prior to shipment provided DXC gives Supplier notice.
