Independent Travel. I agree to use any transportation provided by the Program for the duration of the Program. I take full responsibility for travel both to and from the Program location, and for any independent travel before the start of the Program or following its close. I understand that Harvard may limit or restrict entirely independent travel during the Program, and agree that, if I wish to travel independently during the Program, I must submit an itinerary to my Program leader for advance approval. I recognize, however, that approval by my Program leader does not mean that the itinerary or destination(s) are safe, and agree that I will assume all risks of any such independent travel.
Independent Travel. I understand and agree that all travel during or related to the Program will be at my own expense and responsibility. I understand that am responsible for obtaining my passport and health certificates, and for travel, medical, or other personal insurance deemed necessary. To the extent that I need any special accommodations as part of the Program, I have addressed those accommodations with the University.

Independent Travel. We will offer Delegates the opportunity to arrange independent travel before and/or after the conference so long as you attend the Training Weekend, arrive in New York no later than 5.00pm on 7 March 2018, and depart New York no earlier than 5.00pm on 26 March 2018.

Independent Travel. Prior to embarking on any independent travel (e.g., during free time), a student must inform in writing to the on-site Program Director of his/her travel plans. The written itinerary will include the travel destination(s) and the dates of independent travel, type of transportation, all other students traveling, and approximate time of return from independent travel. Students are responsible for all expenses incurred during independent travel. Students understand that the University and/or staff or its counterparts overseas are not responsible for students while traveling independently during free time.
