The County designates the County Clerk as the County’s representative to assist in the administrative management of this Agreement and to coordinate performance of the services under this Agreement. ii. The City designates the City’s [title] as the City’s representative in its performance of this Agreement. The City’s Representative shall have the responsibility of working with the County to coordinate the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
