County Employee Share of Premium. 1. Except as recommended by the Premium Stabilization Committee and approved by the Elko County Commission the COUNTY shall pay 100% of the cost of the premium for employee only group health and vision insurance for the term of this agreement. Any portion of the employee-only premium paid by the employee shall be by payroll deduction and will be effective on and after January 1, 2013 for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 only. Future changes determined by the Premium Stabilization Committee will be effective on the Plan renewal date of August 1st.
