County Review and Approval. When the Contractor has completed any discrete portion of the services, the Contractor shall verify that the work is free from errors and defects and otherwise conforms to the requirements of this Agreement. The Contractor shall then notify the County that said work is complete. The County shall promptly review and inspect the work to determine whether the work is acceptable. If the County determines the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement, the County shall notify the Contractor that the County accepts the work. If the County determines the work contains errors, omissions, or otherwise fails to conform to the requirements of this Agreement, the County shall reject the work by providing the Contractor with written notice describing the problems with the work and describing the necessary corrections or modifications to same. In such event, the Contractor shall promptly remedy the problem or problems and re-submit the work to the County. The Contractor shall receive no additional compensation for time spent correcting errors. Payment for the work will not be made until the work is accepted by the County. The Contractor shall be responsible for the accuracy of work even after the County accepts the work. If the Contractor fails or refuses to correct the Contractor’s work when so directed by the County, the County may withhold from any payment otherwise due to the Contractor an amount that the County in good faith believes is equal to the cost the County would incur in correcting the errors, in re-procuring the work from an alternate source, and in remedying any damage caused by the Contractor’s conduct.

County Review and Approval. If Contractor’s Project includes the production of promotional materials, Contractor shall provide the County an advance copy of said promotional materials. If the content of the promotional material is objectionable to the County, the County, in its sole discretion, may determine whether to reimburse Contractor for the associated expenses.

  • Review and Approval The Supplier confirms and agrees that it shall apply to receive ISR's written consent, wherever ISR's consent, explicitly or implied, is required according to this Agreement. The Servicer has not received any notification from FNMA or FHLMC that the Servicer is not in compliance with the requirements of the approved seller/servicer status or that such agencies have threatened the servicer with revocation of its approved seller/servicer status.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals All Consents required to be obtained from or made with any Governmental Authority in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been obtained or made.

  • Agency Approvals The Servicer is an approved servicer for FHLMC, FNMA, GNMA, HUD and VA is an FHA-Approved Mortgagee and is qualified to own and hold VA Mortgage Loans, and shall maintain such approvals throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • City Approval All labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services shall be furnished and work performed and completed subject to the approval of City or its authorized representatives, and the quality of the workmanship shall be guaranteed for one year from date of acceptance.
