Course & Examination Fees. The Service Provider shall pay any Course & Examination Fees (including, but not limited to the SQA, ASDAN, ROSPA, etc) as incurred and at actual cost which result from prisoner engagement with the Services. A provision for the costs of course and examination fees is included within the Prices indicated in Table 1, and accordingly, SPS will not be directly charged for course and examination fees.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.

  • Eye Examinations For all covered EMPLOYEES required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, the Department will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH once a year.

  • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows:

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.
