Common use of Course Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Course Reassignment. If an adjunct faculty member’s course load falls below 6 LHEs because their assigned courses have been canceled or reassigned, the Xxxx or designee shall assign them other courses previously assigned to an adjunct with less seniority, following the procedure below. Only adjunct faculty who have completed 11 or more semesters of teaching are eligible to have a course reassigned to them.
