COURSE VALIDATION. An educational contract, to be signed by the student, the host institution, and the home institution, will indicate the courses to be taken during the mobility period. This contract must be signed prior to the beginning of the mobility period and may be modified up to one month at the latest after the beginning of the courses by agreement among the three parties. The study period will take place under the supervision of the host institution, and the student will be required to take such examinations or other assessments required in accordance with the rules of said institution. At the end of the mobility period, the host institution must transmit to the home institution a transcript of the grades issued to the student within a reasonable timeframe following the publication of the results. The validation of the student's university curriculum will be the responsibility of the home institution.

COURSE VALIDATION. The courses followed by students in this Programme are detailed in Appendix 1 to this agreement. The validation of the student's university curriculum will be the responsibility of the home institution.
COURSE VALIDATION. All thirteen full-time courses lead to the award of a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PgCE) (Secondary) validated by the University of Bedfordshire (UoB). In addition to the PgCE, we are currently seeking approval from the UoB to offer all thirteen courses at Postgraduate Certificate level. Our TDA allocation for the academic year is 90 places and our student profile is entirely postgraduate. .
COURSE VALIDATION. 5.1 Courses leading to a UNIVERSITY award will be considered for validation by a panel formed by the AQC Committee of THE UNIVERSITY in accordance with its quality assurance policies and procedures. The validation panel will make a recommendation to the AQC Committee, which will take a final decision on the status of the course. The final decision will be reported to the Heads of both institutions.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Placement of DNS probes Probes for measuring DNS parameters shall be placed as near as possible to the DNS resolvers on the networks with the most users across the different geographic regions; care shall be taken not to deploy probes behind high propagation-­‐delay links, such as satellite links.

  • APPLICABILITY TO SUBCONTRACTORS Respondent agrees that all contracts it awards pursuant to the contract awarded as a result of this Agreement will be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.
