Common use of Coverage and Application Clause in Contracts

Coverage and Application. 2.1 This is a Single Employer Collective Agreement (SECA) that is made pursuant to the Employment Relations Act 2000. This Agreement shall apply to all employees who are members of NZNO and who are employed by Mid-Northland Hospice in the following positions undertaking designated nursing duties: • Registered Nurse • Enrolled Nurse • Healthcare Assistant This Agreement does not cover employees in the following positions: Nursing Director/Nurse Manager/Nurse Leader (Or other nursing positions which report directly to the CEO)
