Coverage Levels, Additional Plans, and Additional Coverage Features. The University will offer a plan with equal to or greater coverage as the Preferred Provider Organization Plan as detailed in Appendix G. The University may implement any other changes recommended by the Health Care Advisory Committee and approved in accordance with Section 5.9. Such changes subject to the recommendation of the Health Care Advisory Committee shall include, but not be limited to, adding or removing additional health care plans or altering any benefits associated with them, such as the terms of a University-administered Health Savings Account (HSA).

Coverage Levels, Additional Plans, and Additional Coverage Features. Administration will offer a plan with coverage that is equal to or greater than the Preferred Provider Organization Plan as detailed in Appendix D. The Administration shall implement changes recommended by the Health Care Advisory Committee and approved in accordance with Section 5.8. Such changes subject to the recommendation of the Health Care Advisory Committee shall include, but not be limited to, adding or removing additional health care plans or altering any benefits associated with them, such as the terms of a University-administered Health Savings Account (HSA).

  • ADDITIONAL COVERAGES We cover the following in addition to the limits of liability: A. Claim Expenses 1. Expenses we incur and costs taxed against an "insured" in any suit we defend;

  • Additional Coverage To the extent that insurance coverage provided by Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums appearing in Exhibit B, City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for higher limits maintained.

Coinsurance and Deductible provisions do not apply to SupportPlus Coverage. ExamPlus Coverage We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the Covered Expenses that occur during the Coverage Period subject to Policy limits and exclusion including, but not limited to, Coinsurance, Deductible and Annual Limit for physical examination; including costs and/or fees for telephone consultation; to diagnose a current covered Injury. This endorsement does not provide coverage for annual wellness office exams.

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.

  • Tenants Additional Covenants Tenant shall (a) join the Advisory Association and cooperate in the activities of such association; (b) at its election, engage in reasonable cross-marketing endeavors with the members of the Advisory Association; and (c) at its election, provide signage on the Property which references that the Property is owned by Landlord, which signage may include an appropriate logo selected by Landlord. In addition, it is the intent of the parties that Tenant be a single-purpose entity with no business operations except for those related solely to the operation of the Property for its Primary Intended Use and other property of Landlord which may be leased to Tenant. Tenant shall, therefore, not engage in or undertake any activities other than those respecting the operation of the Property for its Primary Intended Use, including leasing, managing, and operating golf courses in accordance with this Lease.

  • Special Coverages Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

  • Contribution Formula Dental Coverage Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2007, the minimum employee contribution shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.

  • Additional Covenants The Company covenants and agrees with the Agent as follows, in addition to any other covenants and agreements made elsewhere in this Agreement:

  • Dual Coverage No City employee or eligible dependent may be insured under more than one City medical, dental, or vision insurance plan. Employees whose spouses/domestic partners/children up to age 26 are eligible for medical insurance benefits through the City will share the costs of insurance as follows: 6.4.1 Employees Choosing the Same Plan – One spouse/domestic partner will be placed on the other’s medical, dental, or vision insurance, and the primary spouse/domestic partner will pay the appropriate premium cost for family coverage.

  • General Coverages All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.
