Covered Employees. All employees of a contractor who have or will have work duties that have been or will be performed on District property DURING THE TIME STUDENTS ARE SCHEDULED TO BE ON THE PROPERTY related to the service to be performed at the District and WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES IN WHICH STUDENTS ARE IN OCCUPANCY.
