COVID-19 Leave for Employees. Employees shall be provided a 10-day accrual of COVID-19 leave effective January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 (not accumulative, thus employees are capped at a 10-day accrual for this category of leave). Employees shall be eligible for the COVID-19 leave established under this MOU if they fit into either of the following categories:
