Friday and Monday Work (or Tuesday Following a Holiday that Falls on a Monday. The District shall provide a one-time stipend to all fully-vaccinated bargaining unit employees by February 28, 2022 who work every Friday and Monday (or Tuesday following a holiday that falls on a Monday) beginning February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 in the amount of $750 $1,000 $1,214 and will receive the stipend within 60 days of the parties executing this MOU. The District shall execute this agreement within 7 days of the Union’s execution of this agreement. by June 30, 2022. The District shall provide a one-time stipend to all fully-vaccinated bargaining unit employees by February 28, 2022 who work between 50% and 99% of all Fridays and Mondays (or Tuesdays following holidays that fall on a Monday) beginning February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 (or through the last date the District assigns the employees work this school year) in the amount of $250 and will receive the stipend within 60 days of the parties executing this MOU. The District shall execute this agreement within 7 days of the Union’s execution of this agreement. by June 30, 2022. For purposes of this MOU, times spent on documented approved leaves and sick leaves will be considered time worked for purposes of the payment of the above one-time stipend. If the distribution of the abovementioned stipends does not amount to the District’s overall projected cost of its 1/28/22 proposal ($4,293,950), any excess amount shall be evenly distributed among Transportation Services bus drivers, bus attendants, and Nutrition Services bargaining unit employees in Section 3 item 4 (employees who work every Monday and Friday between February 1 and June 30, 2022) such that the District pays to employees at least the cost of its 1/28/22 proposal.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • HOLIDAYS THAT FALL ON A SATURDAY For those employees assigned to a work week of Monday through Friday, and in the event a legal holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday; provided, however, that except where the Governor declares that such preceding Friday shall be a legal holiday, each department head shall make provision for the staffing of public offices under his/her jurisdiction on such preceding Friday so that said public offices may serve the public as provided in Section 16.4 of the Administrative Code. Those employees who work on a Friday which is observed as a holiday in lieu of a holiday falling on Saturday shall be allowed a day off in lieu thereof as scheduled by the appointing officer in the current fiscal year.

  • Monday CASE II An employee should not work more than 16 hours and must take an 8 hour break before continuing work. Therefore, an employee called in at 7:00 p.m. Sunday could work until 11:00

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.

  • Holidays Falling on Saturday or Sunday (a) For an employee whose workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays fall on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as observed on some other day, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement; and when a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies to the Monday), shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Monday to Friday The Executive's salary has been computed to reflect that his regular duties are likely, from time to time, to require more than the normal hours per week and the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work outside normal hours.
