Common use of Credentialed Instructor Clause in Contracts

Credentialed Instructor. Faculty teaching dedicated College Credit Plus classes as the Credentialed Instructor of the Course or the Credentialed Instructor of Record will be paid according to the terms of this Article regardless of the size of the class taught.
