Credentialed Third Party Evaluator (CTPE. A person who is employed by an entity other than the Board of Education and is contracted by the Board to conduct evaluations, who holds a license designated for being a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Principal, Vocational Director, or Administrative Specialist in any educational area issued under Ohio Rev. Code § 3319.22, and is properly credentialed to be an evaluator.
