Common use of Credit for Sabbatical Clause in Contracts

Credit for Sabbatical. New full-time faculty who have prior service at the University as contract faculty shall be awarded credit toward sabbatical leave entitlement at a rate of one (1) year of credit for each block of three Type 1 appointments (as defined by Article 11 of the CUPE 3903 Unit 2 Collective Agreement) to a maximum of one (1) such block per year and to a maximum credit of six (6) years.
