Credit Note. (a) If the Client terminates this Agreement or directs that the provision of the services by Oppizi be suspended, any prepaid but unexpended fees shall be retained by Oppizi and it shall provide a credit note which shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the termination date;
(b) The credit note may be applied to distribution costs, travel costs, permit costs & bonus costs - Printing costs are non-refundable once digital proofs have been approved by the Client;
(c) An unused credit note shall expire at the end of the 12 month period.
Credit Note. Roambee will issue a credit note for the number of days each Device was faulty and not replaced. Credits are applicable only toward future Subscription for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund. The Customer in receipt of the credit note shall be entitled to apply the amount specified in it against any amount payable by it under this Agreement or any future invoice or statement of amounts payable it may receive under this Agreement.
Credit Note. Borrower's indebtedness to Lender for amounts borrowed under each Advance under the Credit Facility and for interest accrued thereon shall be evidenced by Borrower's separate promissory note to Lender, on a standard form for commercial promissory note satisfactory to Lender in the amount of each Advance, not to exceed in the aggregate the Maximum Credit Balance (the "Credit Note"). Each Credit Note shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Credit Note. 1. If the performance measurement by the EEX Market Operations Department shows that the Market Supporter has duly provided the market support in its Initiative in the respective month, EEX AG will issue a credit note in accordance with Section B and the respective individual agreements. EEX AG will issue the credit notes on a monthly M+1 basis in accordance with the parameters of the respective initiative. Under the Monthly Volume Initiative EEX AG will issue the first credit note in the month following the month with first exceeding of threshold.
2. Each party will notify the other Party if it ceases to be a taxable person within the meaning of EC Directive 2006/112/EC and in case of amendments of invoicing and/or payment details.
Credit Note. On or prior to the Transfer Effective Date, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent, in exchange for the surrendered Revolving Credit Note held by the Transferor Lender, to the order of such Purchasing Lender in an amount equal to the Commitment or the Loans assumed by it and purchased by it pursuant to such Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and a new Revolving Credit Note payable to the order of the Transferor Lender in an amount equal to the Commitment or the Loans retained by it hereunder. In addition to the assignments permitted above, any Lender may assign and pledge all or any portion of its Loans and Revolving Credit Note to any Federal Reserve Bank as collateral security pursuant to Regulation A of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and any Operating Circular issued by such Federal Reserve Bank. No such assignment shall release the assigning Lender from its obligations and duties hereunder.
Credit Note. Consideration, with GST element, may be reduced by way of credit note only in the case of mutually agreed decrease in the value of services provided by STAR and if the services are found to be deficiently provided. The benefit of the GST element on the credit note shall be given to the MSO if and when the credit of GST (on such credit note) is adjusted by the MSO in his GST return and proof/undertaking of which is provided to STAR. Further, such benefit shall be given to the MSO only if the credit note is issued by STAR before end of the September next to the financial year in which invoice is raised.

Credit Note. The Credit Loan and the obligation of ------------ Borrower to repay such Credit Loan shall be evidenced by a single Credit Note payable to the order of the Lender. Such Credit Note shall be dated the Effective Date and be duly and validly executed and delivered by Borrower.
