Credit Note. (a) If the Client terminates this Agreement or directs that the provision of the services by Oppizi be suspended, any prepaid but unexpended fees shall be retained by Oppizi and it shall provide a credit note which shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the termination date;
Credit Note. Roambee will issue a credit note for the number of shipments the Device was faulty and not replaced. Credits are applicable only toward future Subscription for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund. The Customer in receipt of the credit note shall be entitled to apply the amount specified in it against any amount payable by it under this Agreement or any future invoice or statement of amounts payable it may receive under this Agreement.
Credit Note. Borrower's indebtedness to Lender for amounts borrowed under each Advance under the Credit Facility and for interest accrued thereon shall be evidenced by Borrower's separate promissory note to Lender, on a standard form for commercial promissory note satisfactory to Lender in the amount of each Advance, not to exceed in the aggregate the Maximum Credit Balance (the "Credit Note"). Each Credit Note shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Credit Note. 1. If the performance measurement by the EEX Market Operations Department shows that the Market Supporter has duly provided the market support in its Initiative in the respective month, EEX AG will issue a credit note in accordance with Section B and the respective individual agreements. EEX AG will issue the credit notes on a monthly M+1 basis in accordance with the parameters of the respective initiative. Under the Monthly Volume Initiative EEX AG will issue the first credit note in the month following the month with first exceeding of threshold.
Credit Note. Consideration, with GST element, may be reduced by way of credit note only in the case of mutually agreed decrease in the value of services provided by STAR and if the services are found to be deficiently provided. The benefit of the GST element on the credit note shall be given to the HITSO if and when the credit of GST (on such credit note) is adjusted by the HITSO in his GST return and proof/undertaking of which is provided to STAR. Further, such benefit shall be given to the HITSO only if the credit note is issued by STAR before end of the September next to the financial year in which invoice is raised. 9.24The Parties hereby further agree to execute appropriate addendum/amendments to the terms of this Agreement in order to incorporate the provisions of Goods & Service Tax Act/Rules/Laws (GST Laws) (if required) in order to comply with the provisions of GST Laws. 10.
Credit Note. (a) The Credit Loans made by the Lender shall each be evidenced by a promissory note of Novas (the "Credit Note"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, appropriately completed, duly executed and delivered on behalf of Novas and payable to the order of the Lender in a principal amount which when added to the principal amount of all other Credit Loans under this Agreement previously made by the Lender to Novas shall not exceed the Credit Commitment of the Lender. The Credit Note shall (x) be dated the issue date of the Credit Note; (y) be stated to mature on the date that is one year from the date of its issue; and (z) bear interest from the issue date thereof until paid in full on the unpaid principal amount thereof from time to time outstanding at an annual rate of eight percent (8%).

Credit Note. All Credit Loans shall be evidenced by, and shall be payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of, the Credit Note, as amended, renewed, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
Credit Note. Any Credit Note provided under this clause 4 will be equal to the monetary value of the full Placement Fee paid by ABL to the Recruitment Agent in relation to relevant Successful Candidate.
Credit Note. Any credit note issued by a merchant will be credited to your credit card account on the date we receive it. However, you remain responsible for paying the balance of your credit card account until we receive such a credit note.
