CREDIT REPORTS, MEMBERSHIP-ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY, AND OTHER CREDIT UNION SERVICES AND SOCIAL MEDIA. To verify your eligibility or continued eligibility for membership, any account(s), service(s), or loan products; for increases or decreases in services and/or credit limits, now and in the future; or as needed to comply with any applicable law, regulation, or governmental agency requirements, including but not limited to escheatment/abandoned property, privacy, or other issues that may affect your rights, you authorize us to You authorize us to check your account, credit, and employment history and to obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request and for other accounts, products, or services we may offer you or for which you may qualify. We may also report information concerning your account(s) and credit to others. You also understand that you may elect from time to time to use Credit Union or other parties’ social media tools and sources; that there is no claim of privacy or privilege regarding information shared or discernible from such use or sharing; and the use of such information by us does not violate your privacy or other rights. To join the credit union, you must meet the membership requirements, including purchase and maintenance of the minimum required share(s) (“membership share”), as set forth in the credit union’s bylaws.

You agree that this authority applies to any account, account-related service, loans or other financial products you request or which we may offer or make available to you. We may also report information concerning your account(s) and credit to others. You also understand that you may elect from time to time to use Credit Union or other parties’ social media tools and sources; that there is no claim of privacy or privilege regarding information shared or discernible from such use or sharing; and the use of such information by us does not violate your privacy or other rights. If you have consented to communicating with us via social media we may use any social media addresses you may establish from time to time. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions The Firm certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it and its principals:

  • JURY SERVICE AND WITNESS LEAVE 17.1 Employees called on for jury service or who are subpoenaed, or as a witness for the Crown, the employer, or in the course of their employment, are required to serve. Where the need is urgent, the employer may apply for postponement because of particular work needs, but this may be done only in exceptional circumstances.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Non-discrimination Based on National Origin as evidenced by Limited English Proficiency The Contractor agrees to comply with the non-discrimination requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 USC Section 2000d, et seq., and with the federal guidelines promulgated pursuant to Executive Order 13166 of 2000, which require that contractors and subcontractors receiving federal funds must assure that persons with limited English proficiency can meaningfully access services. To the extent the Contractor provides assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency through the use of oral or written translation or interpretive services in compliance with this requirement, such individuals cannot be required to pay for such services.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
