Criteria and Procedures for Dismissal or Suspension. Instructor employees shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by the provisions for faculty employees governing dismissal and/or suspension contained in the document Procedures for the Dismissal with Cause of Faculty Members attached to this Collective Agreement as Appendix A.
