The following criteria shall be used in consideration of transfer requests: 6.2.1 The needs and efficient operation of the District. 6.2.2 The qualifications, including skills, experience and recent training of the member. 6.2.3 The length and quality of the past service rendered to the District by the member. 6.2.4 The recommendation of the immediate supervisor to whom the member is currently responsible, and the immediate supervisor where the vacancy exists. 6.2.5 The preference of the employee.
