Common use of Criteria Clause in Contracts

Criteria. Pursuant to the Act, the Commission may revoke the Charter if the Commission determines that the School: a. Committed a material violation of any of the conditions, standards or procedures set forth in the Contract, b. Failed to meet or make substantial progress toward achievement of the department's standards of excellence or student performance standards identified in the Contract, c. Failed to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal management, or d. Violated any provision of law from which the School was not specifically exempted.
