Critical Energy Infrastructure Information. If an Order 1000 Party furnishes information marked, or ColumbiaGrid marks information, as “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” as of the time of its furnishing, ColumbiaGrid shall not post such information on the public portion of the Website and ColumbiaGrid will only disclose such CEII in accordance with this section 11, including the procedures in section 11.6 of this Order 1000 Agreement. Further, if information designated as CEII is made part of a filing submitted by ColumbiaGrid with the Commission, ColumbiaGrid shall take reasonable steps to ensure the protection of such information pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 388.112(b).

Critical Energy Infrastructure Information. The term “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or “CEII” as used in this Agreement refers to the official definition provided in 18 C.F.R. § 388.113(c)(1). CEII shall be protected under the terms of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, CEII shall also include any information which may be described as non-public transmission information including, but not limited to, the following: maps, charts, and diagrams, including location, longitude and latitude for either or both of the Disclosing Partieselectric systems; and system studies including flow studies, models, “base cases” and system planning for either or both of the Disclosing Parties. All CEII is also Confidential Information. Given the sensitive nature of CEII, the Receiving Party has a higher duty of care to maintain the confidentiality of this information.
Critical Energy Infrastructure Information. Recipient acknowledges that EWEB CEII information is confidential to EWEB and shall not be used, given out, or accessed without EWEB permission. Recipient shall maintain the information in a secure location.

  • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.
