Critical Incident Planning. The parties to this Agreement understand that it is important for school officials and local police departments and county prosecutors to work together to adopt and implement policies for dealing with disruptive and potentially catastrophic crisis situations for all hazards, recognizing that it is essential to consider the most appropriate response to these kinds of situations before a crisis develops.
