CRO. Retain a chief restructuring officer of the Borrower and the other Debtors (“CRO”), the retention of which shall be approved by the Bankruptcy Court and the engagement and retention of which shall be acceptable to the Postpetition Lender. CRO. Sponsor has retained CRO as in independent contractor to perform certain contract research organization services in connection with the Clinical Trial, including negotiation of Clinical Trial Agreements with Clinical Trial sites on behalf of Sponsor. The Provider agrees that it shall ensure the Principal Investigator and all Cooperating Personnel shall, fully cooperate with CRO in its capacity as Sponsor’s contract research organization for the Clinical Trial (and CRO’s designee, if applicable), in the same way that Provider and Principal Investigator are obliged to cooperate with Sponsor related thereto.
CRO. The Site acknowledges Sponsor’s right to assign, delegate, or transfer, in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to CRO. CRO may act for and on behalf of Sponsor in exercising certain rights and obligations under the terms of this Agreement. The Site shall cooperate with CRO and Sponsor in their efforts to monitor the Study. 3. ADVERSE EVENT REPORTING The Site shall report all serious adverse events and adverse events to Sponsor as required by applicable laws or regulations, and as set forth in the Protocol. 4. COMPENSATION 4.1.

Pracoviště bude spolupracovat s CRO a zadavatelem při veškerém jejich úsilí o sledování studie. 3. HLÁŠENÍ NEŽÁDOUCÍCH PŘÍHOD Pracoviště zadavateli oznámí všechny závažné nežádoucí příhody a nežádoucí příhody, jak to vyžadují platné zákony nebo předpisy a jak je stanoveno v protokolu. 4.
CRO. Sponsor shall have the right to enlist the services of a contract research organization (“CRO”) as its representative agent to design, develop, manage, oversee and otherwise perform functions related to Sponsor’s responsibilities for the Study as permitted by Applicable Law. The Parties agree that if Sponsor elects to utilize a CRO, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall still apply to the CRO and the CRO is bound by the responsibilities, liabilities and obligations set forth herein as an agent of Sponsor.
CRO. The responsibilities of the CRO will include, but are not limited to:
CRO. On or prior to July 1, 2014 and at all times thereafter, engage Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx (or another representative of the Financial Advisor selected by the Domestic Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders) as chief restructuring officer of the Domestic Borrower (“CRO”), on terms, conditions and scope of authority acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
CRO. On or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day after the Petition Date, the Borrower shall have filed with the Bankruptcy Court an application to appoint a CRO. The Borrower shall confer with the Administrative Agent and Required Lenders in selecting a CRO. Once approved by the Bankruptcy Court and appointed, the Borrower shall permit the Administrative Agent and Lenders to communicate directly with the CRO.
