Crossing Picket Line. It is hereby agreed between the Parties to this Agreement that employees shall not be required to cross any picket line, enter any building, property or business where such a picket line is established under the Statutes of British Columbia or Canada.

Crossing Picket Line. To the extent permitted by law, it shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement by UNITE HERE or any of its affiliates or any worker, nor cause for discharge or discipline, if workers either on their own volition or by direction of the Union, refuse to cross any picket line recognized by the Union or UNITE HERE or any of its affiliates or to enter upon the premises of an Employer so picketed; nor shall it be considered a breach of this Agreement for the Union to direct workers not to cross such picket line or not to enter upon the premises of such picketed Employer.
Crossing Picket Line. It is understood and agreed that, in the event of a strike by a Union having contractual relations with the Employer, other than the Union or its Locals which are parties hereto, which strike is legal and is sanctioned by the International body of such Union, the employees covered by this Agreement shall not be required to cross a picket line.
Crossing Picket Line. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the employees covered under this Agreement to refuse to cross a picket line where they have reasonable grounds to believe that crossing the picket line is dangerous to their health or safety or the health or safety of another person.
Crossing Picket Line. An employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line in connection with a labour dispute. Failure to cross a legal picket line shall not be considered grounds for disciplinary actions or otherwise be a violation of this Agreement.
