Xxxxxxx Appointment. The Union may elect or appoint a Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards to represent the employees and the Union shall notify the Company in writing as to the name or names of such Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards. The Company agrees that no Shop Xxxxxxx shall suffer discrimination by reason of holding such office.
Xxxxxxx Appointment. The Employer is entitled to appoint a “B” Xxxxxxx to fill a temporary vacancy; during the period of posting and selection of a candidate for a permanent Xxxxxxx position; or at any time and in any circumstances where management deems it appropriate to do so in order to supplement the permanent complement of “A” Foremen.
Xxxxxxx Appointment. The Union shall have the right to appoint a Xxxxxxx where employees are employed under the terms of this Agreement. Such xxxxxxx shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time, with permission which shall be not unreasonably withheld, to see that the provisions of this Agreement are observed on the job to perform such other duties in connection with this Agreement as may be assigned to him/her by the Business Manager of the Union. These duties must be performed in such a way that it does not significantly interfere with his/her duties with Wexford The Xxxxxxx shall not receive preferential treatment in regards to his/her job assignments.
Xxxxxxx Appointment. A nominee selected to serve the remaining term of a vacant position on the NTN Board.
Xxxxxxx Appointment. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SMARTDESK hereby appoints Company as a nonexclusive reseller of the SmartDesk Services to clients and grants to Company a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to market and otherwise promote the SmartDesk Services to clients, solicit orders from interested clients for SmartDesk Services, and refer such clients to SMARTDESK for potential enrollment in one or more SmartDesk Service.
