Common use of CSEA, Chapter President Clause in Contracts

CSEA, Chapter President. designee will annually provide a list of officially designated stewards to the District Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. The District shall provide a list of designated union stewards to their immediate management supervisors. The District shall inform managers of this process and request that union stewards be provided an opportunity to perform their functions.
