CULTURAL LEAVE FOR ABORIGINAL EMPLOYEES. (a) A self-identified Aboriginal employee may request up to three (3) days' leave with pay per calendar year to organize and/or attend Aboriginal cultural event(s). Such leave will not be unreasonably withheld.
