Currency and Payment. In this Agreement, unless specified otherwise:
Currency and Payment. All amounts payable hereunder shall be calculated and payable in United States Dollars.

Other than equipment Listing Forms entered into in respect of Live Auctions through RB Channels: (a) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in the U.S. will be invoiced and paid in U.S. Dollars; (b) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in Canada will be invoiced and paid in Canadian Dollars; (c) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in Europe will be invoiced and paid in Euros; (d) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in the United Kingdom will be invoiced and paid in Pounds Sterling; (e) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in Australia will be invoiced and paid in Australian Dollars; and (f) Equipment Listing Forms entered into with Caterpillar in a country other than the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia or country within Europe will be invoiced and paid in U.S. Dollars. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, Equipment Listing Forms entered into with RCC in respect of Live Auctions through RB Channels will be invoiced and paid in the local currency of the applicable RCC office, except in the case of Mexico, Panama, and the United Arab Emirates which will be invoiced and paid in U.S. Dollars.
Currency and Payment. (1) Any reference to currency in this Agreement is to Canadian currency and any amount or rate advanced, paid or calculated is to be advanced, paid or calculated in Canadian currency.

All amounts due by SmithKline Xxxxxxx to Quest Diagnostics under any provision of this Agreement shall be payable in United States currency by electronic funds transfer (SWIFT) to an account designated by Quest Diagnostics. Any obligation to pay shall only be deemed fulfilled on the day on which the relevant amount of money is credited to the aforesaid account. The fees specified in this Article VIII shall be denominated in U.S. dollars. Quest Diagnostics shall be responsible on its own account for its own corporate income taxes. In the event of a breach by Quest Diagnostics that continues for thirty (30) days after SmithKline Xxxxxxx gives Quest Diagnostics written notice setting forth the nature of such breach, SmithKline Xxxxxxx may suspend payment of any amount due under Section 8.01 until Quest Diagnostics cures such breach.
Currency and Payment. In this Agreement, unless specified otherwise: references to dollar amounts or “$” are to Canadian dollars; any payment is to be made by an official bank draft drawn on a Canadian chartered bank, wire transfer or any other method (other than cash payment) that provides immediately available funds; and except in the case of any payment due on the Closing Date, any payment due on a particular day must be received and available by 2:00 p.m. on the due date and any payment received and available after that time is deemed to have been made and received on the next succeeding Business Day.
Currency and Payment. Any money to be paid pursuant to this promissory note must be paid by company cheque, bank draft, certified cheque or wire transfer of immediately available funds payable to the Creditor, in lawful Canadian currency.

Unless otherwise specified, any money to be advanced, paid or tendered by a Party under this Agreement must be advanced, paid or tendered by bank draft, certified cheque or wire transfer of immediately available funds payable to the Person to whom the amount is due.
