Current Address. It is the employee’s responsibility to provide the 21 Employer a current address for notice of recall. The Employer will send notice of recall 22 by certified mail to the last known address. Employee must respond in writing of their 23 intent to be recalled within five (5) days of receipt of such notice. If so requested, the 24 Employer may grant an additional five (5) days before the requesting employee must 25 return to work. 26
