Common use of Currently employed members Clause in Contracts

Currently employed members. Currently employed nurses who 21 are members of the Association, or are paying to the Association an amount 22 equivalent to Association dues, will be required, as a condition of employment, to 23 maintain membership in the Association or make payment in lieu of dues to the 24 Association.
