Curriculum and Staff Development. 4.l The Institute Day Committee will be composed of administrators, teachers, and school service personnel. Fifty percent of the committee members shall be teachers, twenty-five percent shall be school service personnel, and twenty-five percent shall be administrators. The administrators will be appointed by the Superintendent, and the remaining members of the Institute Day Committee will be selected by the Council. The Committee, under the direction of Administration, will operate under the following guidelines:
