Curriculum Writing. Members of the bargaining unit shall be paid for writing curriculum units or guides, courses of study, etc. The administrator shall confer with the teacher to determine the hours needed. Payment shall be at the rate set forth in section Paragraph βNβ Rates of Pay, above, when performed outside of normal work hours. It is understood by the Union and the Administration that the teacher(s) involved in the curriculum writing process will submit written drafts for feedback by the Administration. Feedback shall determine if the project shall continue.
