Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall carry out the following actions only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and/or receive any Securities or deliver or dispose of any Securities except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement;
(ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with Securities; and
(iii) carry out any action affecting Securities or the Custody Account or Cash or the Cash Account other than those specified in Section 6(B) below, but in each instance subject to the agreement of the Custodian.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian is authorized by the Client to, and where applicable, the Custodian shall, carry out the following actions in relation to the Property only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and receive Property, or deliver or dispose of Property;
(ii) (subject to Section 7(D)) deal with subscription, rights, bonus or scrip issues, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with the Property; and
(iii) subject to the agreement of the Custodian, to carry out any action other than those mentioned in Section 6(A) above.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall carry out any of the following actions only upon receipt of specific Instructions, delivered in accordance with Section 5, authorizing and requesting same:
i. Receive or Deliver any Assets, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement;
ii. Carry out any action affecting Assets and the Custody Account, other than those specified in Sections 6.A.i or 6.B hereof; provided, however, that each instance shall be subject to the prior approval and agreement of the Custodian; and provided further, that all Instructions regarding Forked Digital Assets are subject to Section 8 of this Agreement; and
iii. Transfer Assets in connection with the services described in Section 3.F.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall carry out the following actions only upon receipt of Instructions: (i) make payment for and/or receive any Securities or deliver or dispose of any Securities except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, (ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary corporate action or discretionary right in connection with Securities, and (iii) except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, carry out any action affecting Securities or Cash. Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall promptly carry out the following actions but only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and/or receive any Securities or deliver or dispose of any Securities except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement;
(ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants, exchanges, calls, tenders, consent solicitations, redemptions, dividends and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with Securities; and
(iii) carry out any action affecting Securities or the Custody Account or Cash or the Cash Account other than those specified in Section 6(B) below, but in each instance subject to the agreement of the Custodian, which agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian is authorized ------------------------------------------- by the Client to, and where applicable, the Custodian shall, carry out the following actions in relation to the Property only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and receive Property, or deliver or dispose of Property;
(ii) (subject to Section 7(C)) deal with subscription, rights, bonus or scrip issues, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with the Property; and
(iii) subject to the agreement of the Custodian, to carry out any action other than those mentioned in Section 6(A) above.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall carry out the following actions only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions in accordance with these Custody Terms: (i) make payment for and/or receive any Securities or deliver or dispose of any Securities except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement; (ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary corporate action or discretionary right in connection with Securities; and (iii) except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, carry out any action affecting Securities or the Custody Account or Cash or the Custody Cash Account.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. Citi will carry out the following actions only upon receipt of Instructions:
(i) make payment for and/or receive any Shares or Securities or deliver or dispose of any Shares or Securities, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement;
(ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with Securities; and
(iii) carry out any action affecting Shares, Securities or Cash or the Custody Account, Cash Account or other applicable record in regard to Shares other than those specified in Section 8(B) below, but in each instance subject to the agreement of Citi.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Custodian shall carry out the following actions only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and/or receive any Securities or deliver or dispose of any Securities, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement;
(ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with Securities; and
(iii) carry out any action affecting Securities or the Custody Account or Cash or the Cash Account other than those specified in Section 6(B) below, but in each instance subject to the agreement of the Custodian.
Custodial Duties Requiring Instructions. The Bank shall carry out the following actions only upon receipt of and in accordance with specific Instructions:
(i) make payment for and/or receive any Asset or deliver or dispose of any Asset except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement;
(ii) deal with rights, conversions, options, warrants and other similar interests or any other discretionary right in connection with the Assets; and
(iii) carry out any action affecting the Assets or the Securities Account or Cash Account other than those specified in Section 9(A) above, but in each instance subject to the agreement of the Bank, whereby such agreement will only be withheld if carrying out such action will violate Applicable Law or is otherwise commercially unreasonable. The Bank shall promptly inform the Client of any decision not to carry out any such action.
