Cox shall maintain an office at a convenient location within the County or the Virginia peninsula of the Hampton Roads region, which shall be open during Normal Business Hours, to allow Subscribers to request service, pay bills, exchange equipment, and conduct other business.

  • In-Network Convenience Clinics and Online Care Services received at in-network convenience clinics and online care are not subject to a copayment in each year of the Agreement. First dollar deductibles are waived for convenience clinic and online care visits.
