Customer Refunds and Reformulations. Qyral offers a generous reformulation/refund policy for Retail Customers, VIP Members and Partners who purchase Products for personal use. Partner must fully comply with the return and refund policy. If a Partner, in the sole discretion of Qyral, abuses the return/refund policy, Qyral reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or refuse to accept any further returns from Partner. In this regard, if Partner returns customer merchandise for refunds totaling more than $1200 in any 12-month period, and/or Qyral reasonably believes that Partner is engaging in abusive return practices and/or manipulating the Compensation Plan, then Qyral reserves the right to treat the refund request(s) as Partner’s voluntary termination of the Agreement and/or not to honor the refund request. Qyral reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges on Products that it reasonably suspects were purchased through unauthorized sellers or methods.
