Customer Responsibilities in Support of the Service. Customer, for the purposes of this SLA, are UNM’s Data Owners that are responsible for Personally Identifiable/Sensitive and Protected Information (PII/ SPI) in their areas.   • Customer Responsibilities Customer shall:

  • Provider Responsibilities The Private Child-Caring Facility (PCC) (a.k.a., Provider) must comply with the following requirements:

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree that you are responsible for backing up (a) any data you submit, receive or transfer over the Service, including, without limitation, your email; and (b) any data, files, programs, or applications on any device you connect to the Service.   • CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute grantee and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Xxxxxxx’s failure to perform any work in accordance with the terms of the Grant Agreement.
