Customer’s Capacity and Related Matters. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer represents and warrants that (a) the person executing this Agreement on behalf of Customer is 18 years of age or older, (b) all information Customer has provided to CyberSource is true and correct in all respects, and (c) Customer will update CyberSource by email with any changes to information Customer has previously supplied. Customer further represents and warrants that Customer has the legal authority to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that such acceptance will be binding on Customer. CyberSource reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide Customer with any CyberSource Service. Related to Customer’s Capacity and Related Matters

  • TRAINING AND RELATED MATTERS The parties recognise that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly the parties commit themselves to:

  • Compliance with Contractor Employee Jury Service Ordinance Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance with respect to provision of jury duty pay to employees and have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service in San Mateo County. The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.
