Cycle to Work Scheme. Currently DWP will not be requiring a cycle to work scheme until such time salary recovery can be automated. The Contractor will be expected to provide this service to other Government Departments wishing to use this contract framework. Foreign and Commonwealth Office will require this element of the service and the Contractor proposes to use the [Name – redacted re:Section 43 Commercial Interests of the Freedom of Information Act] cycle to work scheme. These services will include:  The Contractor must provide an integrated sign on option that will be supported fully at all times.  The Contractor will be required to fully administer the scheme and will need to provide a fully managed salary sacrifice scheme having obtained HM Revenue and Customs approval to run the scheme. It should be a comprehensive but simple scheme that meets all legislative requirements, is easy to introduce and use. The Contractor will administer it in partnership with the Departments payroll provider.  The Contractor will be expected either to provide bicycles directly to our staff, net of Income Tax or National Insurance or vouchers (ensuring delivery of vouchers to staff on a regular basis and within a reasonable time scale) for the purchase of bicycles, net of Income Tax, and National Insurance.  The Contractor must be able to provide this for all Departmental employees and must also be made available for “Agencies” staff, as agreed in advance, via an offline, telephone route.

Cycle to Work Scheme. The Supplier shall supply cycles at a number of approved cycle outlets nationwide, eligible equipment includes cycles and cyclists' safety equipment. The Supplier shall offer a full range of cycles including electric, road, mountain, folding and hybrid cycles (children’s cycles shall not be included). Cyclist’s safety equipment is not defined in legislation and a common sense approach should be taken to the equipment provided. This could include:  Cycle helmets which conform to European standard EN 1078  Bells and bulb horns  Lights, including dynamo packs  Mirrors and mudguards to ensure riders visibility is not impaired  Cycle clips and dress guards  Panniers, luggage carriers and straps to allow luggage to be safely carried  Child safety seats  Locks and chains to ensure cycles can be safely secured  Pumps, puncture repair kits, cycle tool kits and tyre sealant to allow for minor repairs  Reflective clothing along with white front reflectors and spoke reflectors Full specific requirements pertinent to the Cycle to Work Scheme are outlined in Appendix 2.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i.   • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • Synchronization The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.
